Georgios 178 was probably basilikos vestitor; he was the owner of a seal dateable to the late seventh or early eighth century: Seyrig 75. The name and title read: [Γε]ωργι[ο βασιλικο] βεστιτωρι. Possibly identical with Georgios 174.
