Felix 10 was bishop of Tarracina (in Campania); he attended all five sessions of the Lateran Council, from 5 October to 31 October 649, and in the list of bishops present is named in seventy-eighth place: Conc. Lat., p. 6, line 7 (Φήλικος ἐπισκόπου Ταρρακίνης), p. 7, line 7 ("Felice Terracinense episcopo") (the first session), cf. pp. 33, 113, 181 and 251 (the Latin version only is repeated for the other sessions). He subscribed the definition of the faith agreed by the Council at its fifth session: Conc. Lat., p. 398, line 19 (Φῆλιξ ἐπίσκοπος Ταρρακινῆς), p. 399, line 19 ("Felix episcopus sanctae Terracinensis ecclesiae").
