Euthymios 9 was archbishop of Parion (Hellespontus); owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals III 64.2 = Laurent, Corpus V 1, no. 825 (= Bell, "Sealings", no. 1), cf. Likhachev, Molivdovuly 69-70 (a parallel specimen). Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Ευθυ - μηω αρχι - επησκοπω - Παρεου.
