Eustratios 23 was basilikos protospatharios and strategos of Peloponnesos; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 22.24. Obv.: cruciform monogram of uncertain type, with the legend in the corners .ου - λω. Rev.: ρατιω - παθ' και στ - τηγ' Πελ - πονη. On the name, see Nesbitt and Oikonomides, DOSeals II, p. 71, note. The name and titles read: [Ευστ]ρατίῳ [βασιλικῷ πρωτοσ]παθ[αρίῳ] καὶ στ[ρα]τηγ(ῷ) Πελ[ο]πονή[σου].
