Eustratios 15 was protos of the diakonia of Ta Petrou; owner of a seal dateable to the late seventh or early eighth century (Zacos and Veglery) or the eighth century (Laurent): Laurent, Corpus V 2, no. 1217 = Zacos and Veglery 1135. The name and title read: Εὐστρατίῳ πρώτῳ τῆς διακονίας τῶν Πέτρου. He was head of the confraternity of Ta Petrou. Closer identification of Ta Petrou does not seem possible.
