Eustratios 10 was basilikos silentiarios and kommerkiarios of Peloponnesos; owner of seals dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 22.10 = Zacos and Veglery 1908a and b, Laurent, "Sceaux" IV, p. 358, no. 19 = Bon, Péloponnèse, p. 187, no. 7. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Ευστ - ρατιω β' ς - ηλετ.αρ' κ' - ουμ' Πελ'. The name and titles read: Εὐστρατίῳ β[ασιλικῷ] σηλε[ν]τ[ι]αρ[ίῳ] κουμ[μερκιαρίῳ] Πελ[οποννήσου]. The office was read by Laurent and Bon as χαρτουλάριος.
