Eustathios 37 was a kommerkiarios; owner of a seal dateable to the late eighth century (Zacos and Veglery date it between 787 and 797): Zacos and Veglery 278. The name and title read: Εὐσταθίου κομμερκιαρίου. The seal is apparently from the reign of Constantine VI but after the Council of Nikaia.
