Obv.: invocative monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with the legend τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Rev.: Εὐστα[θ(ίῳ)] - πατρικίῳ - (πρωτο)σπαθα(ρίῳ) (καὶ) ἀ - [πὸ ἐ]πάρχων.
