Epiphanios 58 was basilikos protospatharios and logothetes of the stratiotikon; owner of a seal dateable to the middle or late ninth century: Laurent, Corpus II, no. 537. The name and titles read: Ἐπιφανίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ λογοθέτῃ τοῦ στρατιωτικοῦ.
