Epiphanios 11 was a basilikos (?proto)spatharios and tourmarches of Thrace; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals I 71.39. Obv.: Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σ[ῷ] δού[λῳ].
