Epiphanios 10 was a deacon and kouboukleisios; in 787 he attended the Second Council of Nikaia (the Seventh Ecumenical Council) and is attested at the sixth session, where he was the principal reader of the document refuting the iconoclasts' statement of faith; he is styled Ἐπιφάνιος διάκονος καὶ κουβουκλείσιος or similar: Mansi XIII 212-356.
