Elias 3 was bishop of Dadimon (Dazimon) in Iustiniana Secunda; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council at Constantinople, where he signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 149, no. 38 (= Mansi XI 992) (Ἠλίας ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος Δαδίμων μητροπόλεως τῆς Δ' Ἰουστινιανῆς).
