Styled "patricius Ciliciae", Dorotheos 11 was one of the leading accusers of pope Martin (Martinos 6) at Easter 654 in Constantinople; he charged Martinos with complicity in the revolt of Olympios 1: Commemoratio 593D. His title is probably a corruption of patricius Siciliae and he was presumably therefore a patricius and the rector Siciliae. Cf. also PmbZ I 1397.
