Domitios 9 was a komes; owner of a seal dateable to the first half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 1453A. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with stars in the four corners. Rev.: Δο.ε - τιω κο - μητι. The name and title read: Δομετίῳ κόμητι.
