Demetrios 37 was basilikos protospatharios and strategos of the Anatolikoi; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: DOSeals III 86.51. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Χριστὲ βοήθει with .. - .. - .. - λω in the corners. Rev.: .. - τρι' β' α - θ' και στρ - των αα - τολ. The name and titles are restored as: Δημητρίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ τῶν Ἀνατολικῶν.
