Demetrios 32 was an eparchos; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 3015. Obv.: circular inscription of +Κ[ύριο]ς [φω]τισμός μου καὶ σοτίρ μ[ου]; in centre, cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: circular inscription of +Κ[ύριο]ς ὑπερασπιστὶς τῖς ζ[ωῆς ] μου; in centre, block monogram of Δημητρίου ἐπάρχου. The use of a block monogram is usually taken as evidence of a date in the sixth or seventh century.
