Demetrios 11 was bishop of Chalkis (in Thrace); owner of a seal dateable to the seventh or eighth century: Laurent, Corpus V 1, no. 328 = Laurent, "Notes et documents", pp. 54-55 with photo. Obv. : invocative monogram of Χριστὸς ὁ Θεὸς βοήθει. Rev.: Διμητρ[ι] - [ο]υ επις - [κ]οπου Χα - λκιδ(ος )).
