bradoes 1 was a hypatos; owner of a seal dateable to the sixth or seventh century: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 477, no. 4 (facsimile). Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: +Βρα - δοηι υ - πατ - ωι. Perhaps owner also of a seal published by Konstantopoulos, JIAN 7, 556, dated by Konstantopoulos to the seventh or eighth century; the text reads: Βραδόῃ ὑπάτῳ. The two seals may be one and the same.
