bonos 5 was a patrikios; owner of a seal, of uncertain date, but possibly seventh or eighth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 452a. The name and title read: Βόνῳ πατ[ρ]ικίῳ. This seal may be early enough to have belonged to the man who was patrikios and magistros under the emperor Heraklios (see PLRE III, Bonus 8).
