Basilios 155 was a basilikos spatharokandidatos and eparch of the Polis (Constantinople); owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: Laurent, Corpus II 1004. The name and titles read: Βασιλείῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαροκανδιδάτῳ καὶ ἐπάρχῳ Πόλεως. The reading of the office title is uncertain, according to Seibt, ad loc.
