Basilios 110 was a basilikos vestitor and protonotarios of Thrace (or perhaps of Thrakesion); owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 3085. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .ω - σω - .. - λω. Rev.: +Βασι - λιω β' βες - τ' και α' νοτ' - τ' Θρα'. The name and titles read: Βασιλείῳ βασιλικῷ βεστίτορι καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τ[ῆσ] Θρᾴ[κησ]. The last letters could also be expanded to read: τ[οῦ] Θρᾳ[κησίου].
