Basilios 102 was a basilikos protospatharios and topoteretes of the Scholai; owner of a seal dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth: Zacos and Veglery 1780. The name and titles read: Βασιλείῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ τοποτηρητῇ τῶν σχολῶν. The reading βασιλικῷ is not certain.
