Basilios 90 was a hypatos and komes of Abydos; owner of seals, all probably from the same boulloterion and dateable to the eighth century (DOSeals), possibly to the first half (Zacos and Veglery): DOSeals III 40.4a, 40.4b, 40.4c, 40.4d (40.4b and 40.4c = Zacos and Veglery 1769). Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with Βα - σι - λει - ω in the corners. Rev.: + - υπατω - και κομιτι - Αβυδου. The name and titles read: Βασιλείῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ κόμιτι Ἀβύδου.
