Bardanes 7 was a basilikos (?proto)spatharios and strategos of the Boukellarioi; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 5, 162. The name and titles read: The same person was perhaps owner of the similar seal, Konstantopoulos, JIAN 5, 161, also dateable to the eighth or ninth century; the text reads: ... See Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, p. 100.
