Arsenios 2 was archbishop of Lemnos; owner of seals dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 50.1a and 50.1b = Laurent, Corpus V 3, no. 1819. The two seals are probably from the same boulloterion. Obv.: bust of Virgin holding medallion of Christ, with a circular inscription: +Θκεβοηθητοσοδουλο.

Arsenios 2 is possibly identical with Arsenios bishop of Lemnos who attended the synod of 879/880; Mansi XVII 373. This seal closely resembles one owned by the patriarch Photios 1; see DOSeals II, p. 140.
