Antiochos 10 was basilikos spatharios and strategos of Sicily; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 1726. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Αντιο - χω βα' ς - παθ και στρ - α Σικελ'. The name and title read: Ἀντιόχῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Σικελίας. According to Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, p. 85, the first title was read by Shandrovskaia and Sokolova as basilikos protospatharios, but he preferred the reading in Zacos and Veglery.
