Anthis 4 was patrikios and komes of the Opsikion; owner of a seal dateable to the seventh or eighth century (so DOSeals; Zacos and Veglery preferred a date between the mid eighth and mid ninth centuries): DOSeals III 39.22 = Zacos and Veglery 1720. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: + - Ανθη - πατρικι - ω και κο' του - Οψικιου. The name and titles read: Ἄνθῃ πατρικίῳ καὶ κόμητι τοῦ Ὀψικίου.
