Anonymus 781 was patrikios, protospatharios and chartoularios of the basilikon vestiarion; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century; the name of the owner, read as "Konstantinos" by Panchenko, is very uncertain: Panchenko, Katalog 199. The name and titles read: [Κων?(σταντίνῳ)] πατρικίῳ, πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ χαρτουλαρίῳ τοῦ βασιλικοῦ βεστιαρίου.
