Anonymus 719 was a komes of the theophylakton basilikon Opsikion; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: DOSeals III 39.37. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with λω - σου in the corners. Rev.: .... - .ομητι τ - .θεοφυλακ - του βασιλι - κου Οψι - κιου+. The name is lost; the title reads: [κ]όμητι τοῦ θεοφυλάκτου βασιλικοῦ Ὀψικίου.
