Anonymus 690 was a spatharios and topoteretes of the theophylakton basilikon Opsikion; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Laurent, Orghidan 219. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Χριστὲ βοήθει with .. - σω - δου - λ. in the corners. Rev.: ...ω - παθ' και τ - ποτ' τ - θ' β' Ο. The name ended with the letters ος. The titles read: σπαθαρίῳ καὶ τοποτηρητῇ τοῦ θεοφυλάκτου βασιλικοῦ Ὀψικίου.
