Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - .. - δου - λ. in the corners. Rev.: ... - η σπ.. - .' νοτα - .... The name and titles read: ...ῃ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ βασιλικῷ νοταρίῳ.
