Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with .ω - ς. - .ου - λ. in the corners. Rev.: ...ς. - ω πατ... - υπ' β' α... - μαγκ.... The name and titles perhaps read: ...ς..ῳ πατ[ρικίῳ], ὑπ[άτῳ], βασιλικῷ πρωτο[σπαθαρίῳ καὶ] μαγκ[λαβίτῃ].
