Mentioned in a letter of Theodoros 15 (Theodore the Stoudite) in May/June 819, Anonymus 667 was the bishop of Chonai (in Phrygia) who received Athanasios 16 and Theodoros 15 when Theodoros 15 was being escorted from his place of exile at Boneta to Smyrna; because Anonymus 667 was an iconoclast, Theodoros 15 drank with him but declined to eat with him: Theod. Stud., Ep. 407.
