Anonymus 650 was a basilikos protospatharios and strategos of Peloponnesos; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 22.40. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - δου in the left side corners. Rev.: ... - β' ασπ - . και στρ - γω Πελ. - νν'. The name is lost. The titles read: β[ασιλικῷ] πρωτοσπ[αθαρίῳ] καὶ στρ[ατη]γῷ Πελ[οπο]νν[ήσου].
