Anonymus 645 was an official, possibly dioiketes, of Hellas; owner of a seal dateable to the seventh or eighth century: DOSeals II 8.62. Obv.: cruciform monogram of uncertain type, with the legend τω - δου - λ. in the corners. Rev.: . - δο - υει - ελ - δος. The text of the reverse read: ..δο....υει.. Ἑλ[λα]δος. The editors of DOSeals abandon hope of restoring the name and propose with strong reservations the title διοικητὴς Ἑλλάδος.
