Anonymus 640 was a basilikos spatharios and strategos of Kephallenia; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 1.20. Obv.: indecipherable cruciform monogram, with ω- ..- δου-λωin the corners. Rev.: ...-ω β ς..- και στρατη-.ω Κεφαλ-ηνιας. The text of the reverse reads: ..ῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Κεφαληνίας.
