Anonymus 583 was a nephew of Eudoko 1, with whom he was living between 821 and 826; in a letter to Eudoko 1 (Theod. Stud., Ep. 436, pp. 613-614 dated between 821 and 826) Theodoros 15 (Theodore the Stoudite) sent greetings to him (τὸν κύριον καὶ ἀδελφιδοῦν σου: Theod. Stud., Ep. 436, p. 614, line 48).
