Anonymus 564 was the churchwarden of the church of St John Theologos at Ephesos (τὸν τοῦ ναοῦ τὴν φρόντιδα ἔχοντα); Anonymus 564 refused to allow Ioannikios 2 (Saint Ioannikios) to enter the church by night, in order to avoid the crowds; Ioannikios 2 then gained entry miraculously: Petrus, Vita Ioannicii 43.
