Anonymus 549 was a vestitor and protonotarios of the Kibyrrhaiotai; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century; his name is lost: Zacos and Veglery 2670. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .. - ς. - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - ... βεστ.. - ορ' και α' νοτα - ρ' τον Κιβυ - ριοτ'. The betas are in the form of a Latin capital R, indicating a date no earlier than the early to mid ninth century. The titles read: ... βεστίτορι καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τῶν Κιβυριοτῶν.
