Anonymus 546 was a protospatharios and strategos of Nikopolis; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century; his name is lost: Zacos and Veglery 2620. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners, written backwards. Rev.: ..... - α' σπαθα - .ιω κ' στρα - .ηγω Νικοπ - ολεως+. The titles read: ... πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Νικοπόλεως.
