Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - .. - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - .ιω α' νοτ - .ριω Παφ - ..γον. The name and title read: ...ίῳ πρωτονοταρίῳ Παφλαγονίας.
