Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..ρο.. - . α' σπαθ - .ρηο και υκ - ηακω. The name and titles read: ..ρο.. [βασιλικῷ?] πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ οἰκειακῷ.
