Anonymus 521 was a patrikios, basilikos protospatharios and strategos of the Anatolikoi; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century; his name is mostly lost but included the letters ..λ.ια..: Zacos and Veglery 2609. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: .λ.ια.. - α.ρ' β' α' ς. - και στρα' τω. - ανατο.. The name and titles read: .λ.ια.. πατρικίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ τῶν Ἀνατολικῶν. A name which may fit the surviving traces is Olbianos.
