Anonymus 519 was a patrikios, protospatharios and strategos of Hellas; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century; his name is lost but ended with the letters νος: DOSeals II 8.60 = Zacos and Veglery 2604. Obv.: cruciform monogram, probably of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - νω πατρικ - α' σπαθαρ - .στρατ Ε - λλαδ'. The name and titles read: ...νῳ πατρικ[ίῳ] πρωτοσπαθαρ[ίῳ καὶ] στρατ[ηγῷ] Ἑλλάδ[οσ]. The editors of DOSeals suggest reading β' before α' σπαθαρ', giving the title βασιλικὸς πρωτοσπαθάριος.
