Anonymus 512 was a hypatos and archon of Amaseia; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century; most of his name is lost but it ended with the letters .. νος: Zacos and Veglery 2591. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: .... - νω υπ.. - ω και αρχ.. - Αμας. The name and titles read: ...νῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ ἄρχοντι Ἀμασείας.
