Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - νι β' α' σπα. - και δουκη Χαλ - δηας. The name and title read: ...νι βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ δουκὶ Χαλδίας.
