Anonymus 479 was a hypatos, basilikos strator and drouggarios; owner of a seal dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth; his name is lost but apparently ended with the letters λης: Zacos and Veglery 2598. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: .... - .[λ]η υπ[ατ] - ω βασιλικω - στρατωρι - και δρουγγ - αριω+. The name and titles read: ...[λ]ῃ ὑπάτῳ βασιλικῷ στράτορι καὶ δρουγγαρίῳ.
