Anonymus 463 was a patrikios and strategos of the Thrakesianoi; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2615A. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - .. - δου - .. in the corners. Rev.: ..... - .....κιω - .....τêγο - ...Θρακ - ...ανων. The name is lost; the titles read: ...πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ τῶν Θρᾳκησιάνων.
