Anonymus 396 was a hypatos; owner of a seal, of uncertain date, possibly of the seventh, eighth or ninth century; the owner's name seems to have ended with the letters λατος: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 556a. The name and title read: ...λατῳ ὑπάτῳ.
