Anonymus 380 was a basilikos spatharios and protostrator, perhaps of the Opsikion; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 122g.The text reads: ...ι βασιλικῷ σπ[αθ]αρίῳ πρωτοστρ[άτ]ορι τοῦ Ο; the first line probably contained his name, and the final letter Ο may indicate the Opsikion theme.
